- Each PTA is required to hold insurance. The insurance provider in Maryland is the Association Insurance Management, Inc. (AIM)
- PTA Insurance needs to be paid by July 1. HCPS will not allow PTAs to reserve or use school system facilities if you do not have insurance.
- If you delay paying insurance, your PTA WILL NOT be insured. A delay in payment will result in a lapse in coverage.
