• Download the editable bylaws template.

• Before you send to Free State PTA, be sure that:
  • ​Bylaws have been approved by the general membership
    
  • Minutes approving the bylaws are included

• ​The final approved bylaws can be uploaded through MemberHub, or emailed to FSPTA.

• In order that HCCPTA may support this process, please also send a copy of your bylaws to the HCCPTA 2nd Vice President.
